Job Description

1.Minimum experience of 2 years in a call center or outbound processes.

2. MBA graduates preferred or bachelor's degree in any finance related field.

3. Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi and south Indian language(s). Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.

4. Should be willing to work in a outbound process and be flexible with shifts.

5. Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market.

6. Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus.

Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,75,000 PA.
