Job Description



  1. Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience in hands on IT Fulltime sourcing and strong knowledge in E2E Recruitment Lifecycle.
  2. Good to have experience in hiring for Product / Captive Organizations
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
  4. Hands on experience in talent mapping, target sourcing, head hunting
  5. Sourcing through various channels (Should know Portal/Social Media & Headhunting Experience), Candidate Engagement & Processing till Onboard (Should have managed Joiner Renege as well) & should have strong Client Escalation Management Experience.
  6. Individual Contributor role
  7. Target Driven: Should have achieved a minimum monthly on-board of 4-5 on-boards with Product or other clients handled consistently
  8. Data Driven: Should be good in managing excel and should be able to do basic analysis.
  9. Should have good knowledge on Niche & Super niche Skills.
  10. Advantage to have experience is working on the following technologies
  • o C++
  • o Python
  • o QA + Automation
  • o Fullstack Development
  • o Dev Ops
  • o Java + UI
  • o BA

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
